Have tried this several times now, first time ordered off the menu and drink was too sweet, realized that you can customized sweetness. Came back second time and adjusted to 30% sweetness - still a bit sweet but tolerable. Came back to try out the no sugar option - indeed NO SUGAR. Overall I would come back, hit or miss on customer service, last visit the person I ordered from had the discipline to ask ice and sweetness level of drink.

Pretty okay matter of fact place. Can bring in more warmth in service. Everything else you get here is standard share tea stuff. Ample street side parking and we'll placed

Walked in one day wanting a drink but I was so indecisive the staff were kind enough to recommend me customer favorites. In the end I didn't get anything at all but will be back later in the week for a drink finally. Customer service alone is amazing 10/10.

This place is great! I got the mango passionfruit green tea 100% sweetness for my sweet tooth and it was amazing. I'm usually not a big fan of tea but I will definitely come back here! Staff was super friendly and nice and got my drink out in under 2 minutes. AMAZING!

Ordered mango milk tea. The first sip tastes okay but later on you just taste milk and sugar. I got 30% sugar and it’s appropriately sweet. I would recommend adding extra shot of mango. The shop is cute and the staff is sweet as well

Having moved nearby, Sharetea has become my go-to boba spot even more frequently than before. There's a lot of drinks to try with different topping combos-- you can even substitute toppings listed for a specific drink with whatever else you prefer. (I'm looking at you, Ice Blended Matcha with Red Bean... ) And if something isn't vibing with you, I'm sure they'll gladly suggest and make you a new drink that you'll like. Service is always quick and straightforward-- I'm not sure what all the fuss is about with staff "looking like they hate it there" or that they expect some fine dining experience; I've seen them be very receptive to any customers who have questions, but otherwise are just there to say "Hey, here's your boba. Have a good day!" and that's good enough for a vet like me. PS: I also want to address that one review that complained "the boba was warm," as if they were unaware that is how boba is actually made, lol. Skill issue? Maybe try mixing your drink before you dig in!

Good milk tea; I still prefer T4 but this is a great place when I don’t wanna drive so far. Edit: this place is going downhill. The boba isn’t as soft as it used to be, and they are always running out before they close. Today they had an “out of boba for the night” at 5:11pm, and they don’t close until 8pm.
